I initially provide a free 15-minute telephone consultation to explore the reasons for your referral and your requirements; to get to know each other and if I am the right therapist for you. I will explain my terms and conditions along with my availability.
I offer telephone sessions or online sessions. Face-to-face sessions can be arranged in Wigan Town Centre as a block booking.
I provide 50-minute sessions charged at £55 and require an advanced payment to secure a booking. EMDR Therapy sessions cost £85. Weekly bookings are preferred and paid a week in advance. Fortnightly sessions or ad-hoc can also be discussed.

I can assist with workplace stress, navigating transitions/life-stages. Help with chronic pain management. Attachment, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES); having a trauma-informed lens. I have experience working with neurodiversity and I am culturally competent (I believe in Equity, not Equality).
I am interested in your own narrative of your stories lived, stories told, stories untold to help understand your own experiences; the focus on the language used to explore meaning.
I have my own lived experiences, including hardships; having come from a working-class background, experienced divorce and separation, experienced loss and a sense of identity, and navigated transitions.
I come from a systemic way of thinking to understand the influence of relationships and systems that may be out of our control. Having experience of relationship conflict, I am keen to explore family history, to uncover parenting patterns, values, and beliefs.
The focus of the therapy is entirely on what you want to bring and work through.
